The Windows version is more robust, proficient and has a better interface than others. The Stellar Windows version is divided into three parts: Home, Professional and Technician. The Technician version has all the features of Home and Professional versions. However, it does not mean that the earlier two versions are not up to the mark. These three versions have been created, keeping in mind the needs of different sectors. Hence, the distribution of features.
The Home version includes features such as Data recovery needs, a User-friendly interface, photo recovery module, support for large drives, auto detection of removal disk, improved “find” option, enhanced file tree view, advanced scan, deleted file recovery and improved engine for NTFS, FAT, exFAT.
The Professional version includes the same features provided in Home version. In addition, professional version includes raw recovery, email recovery, optical media recovery, drive statistics, clone drive & image and system start up disk. The Technician version being the biggest sector consists of all features stated so far and have other features like recover files from RAID 0, 5 & 6 storage, supports creation of virtual RAID, supports recovery from software RAID, raw recovery of RAID hard drives, automatic identification of RAID factors, detects drives sequence, strip size and remote data recovery.
